Summer Outdoor Concert Memories

There's something about watching a show outdoors in our neck of the woods. I absolutely LOVE outdoor summer concerts. The stars twinkle at you as you rock out to your favorite band or artist. This is therapy to me in my crazy world.

Fewer People are Attending Concerts

I read a report recently stating that, in 2025, the average individual attended fewer than 1 concert. The overwhelming reason? They can't afford them anymore. I totally get that, thanks to my job, I rarely have to pay for a show, but if I did, I too would attend fewer concerts. Prices for just about any show these days are at all-time highs. That's why listening to my station (US 103-3) is always a good idea. Not only do we play great country music (and lots of it), but we pride ourselves on making sure you win the MOST FREE concert tickets.

One of my Favorite Concert Venues

Without a doubt, it's the Bluestem Amphitheater in Moorhead, Minnesota, just east of Fargo, North Dakota. If you have never been there before, you should put it on your bucket list. It's nestled along the Red River and is truly one of the most unique venues in the region. Here's a shot of it.

I saw Pat Benatar and Rick Springfield in concert at the Bluestem Amphitheater a few years back. I loved it.
